1. Important Subscription Terms:
- All subscription products are subject to automatic rebilling at full price every 30 days
- You may cancel your subscription at any time to avoid future charges
- The 60-day guarantee only covers your first shipment
2. All Other Purchases Are Final
All other purchases outside the Buy 3 Get 3 promotion are considered final sale and not eligible for refund unless the product arrives damaged or defective.
3. Shipping & Handling Fee
For any eligible return (excluding defective items), a $15 shipping & handling fee will be deducted from your refund total.
4. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, a photo of the issue, and a description. We will gladly replace or refund the item at no cost to you.
